B1 Nursing Care
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Website: https://www.b1nursingcare.org
Effective Date: October 19, 2026
1. Purpose
B1 Nursing Care understands that clients' care needs and schedules can change. This policy explains the procedures for canceling appointments, changing scheduled services, canceling memberships, and requesting refunds.
2. Appointment Cancellations
Clients should notify B1 Nursing Care as soon as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Our proposed standard is at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may qualify for a refund, account credit, or rescheduling, depending on the service agreement.
A late-cancellation fee may apply when less than 24 hours' notice is provided, but only when the fee has been disclosed, agreed to where required, and is permitted by law.
Emergency circumstances may be reviewed individually.
3. Missed Appointments
If a client is unavailable for a confirmed appointment, a disclosed no-show fee may apply where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Clients should contact B1 Nursing Care promptly if they cannot receive a scheduled service.
4. Cancellations by B1 Nursing Care
If B1 Nursing Care cancels a prepaid service and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, the client will be eligible for a refund or credit for the undelivered service, subject to applicable law and payer requirements.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients and arrange rescheduling when possible.
5. Membership Plans
Membership benefits, included visits, prices, and validity periods will be disclosed before purchase.
Unless the applicable membership terms state otherwise:
-
Unused visits may be subject to the plan's expiration and carryover rules.
-
Services already delivered are generally not refundable solely because a client later changes their mind.
-
Refunds for unused prepaid services will be assessed under the applicable agreement and law.
-
Recurring billing will be disclosed and authorized before it begins.
-
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for:
-
Duplicate payments.
-
Incorrect charges.
-
Prepaid services canceled by B1 Nursing Care and not delivered.
-
Eligible unused prepaid services.
-
Other circumstances in which a refund is required by the applicable agreement or law.
Refunds are not guaranteed for services already provided unless the applicable terms or law provide otherwise.
7. Nonrefundable Fees
Any nonrefundable fees must be clearly disclosed before purchase and must be permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund or remedy that is legally required.
8. How to Request a Refund
Contact B1 Nursing Care using the website's published contact details.
Please provide your name, contact information, payment date, transaction reference if available, the service purchased, and the reason for your request.
Do not include full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, or PINs.
We may request reasonable information to verify the transaction and assess eligibility.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed upon.
B1 Nursing Care aims to initiate approved refunds within 10 business days of approval. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and payment provider.
Applicable legal deadlines take precedence over this target.
10. Recurring Payments and Membership Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of future recurring payments through available account controls or by contacting B1 Nursing Care.
Requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date, in accordance with the disclosed terms.
Cancellation of future payments does not automatically refund previously incurred charges. Eligible refunds will be considered under this policy and applicable law.
11. Insurance and Third-Party Payments
Services paid through Medicaid, insurance, or other third-party programs may be subject to additional billing, authorization, and refund requirements.
Refunds and adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable payer agreements and law.
12. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact B1 Nursing Care promptly. You may also contact your card issuer to exercise applicable dispute rights.
Nothing in this policy waives your statutory rights or protections.
13. Changes to This Policy
B1 Nursing Care may revise this policy to reflect changes in services, payment arrangements, or legal requirements. The current version will be published on our website.
14. Contact
